Interim Management

True Asset Management

We look at asset management differently — we believe asset management, at it’s core, is about they physical plant and not the overall asset performance. The physical plant of an asset is typically where the first cuts are made and can have significant consequences. Effective asset management begins with the understanding of the existing physical plant. We develop a strategy to direct capital expenditures, provide proper oversight of renovations and installations, followed by implementing a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan that can be easily audited.

Development

We have tremendous experience with real estate development and capital investment projects. We have represented principal ownership for the new ground up construction/ restoration/ renovation of $2.5+ billion of hospitality real estate including the direct conceptualization, design, construction, and opening of six luxury hotels operated by The Ritz Carlton Hotel Park Hyatt, Mandarin Oriental, and Aman Hotels.

Physical Plant Management Services

We offer professional asset assessments by an experienced hospitality engineering team. Some services include commissioning based on both initial openings as well as PM scheduling, comprehensive risk assessments for both physical plant and property competencies, development of tangible action plans as well as on-going property visits to ensure implementation, and annual review of long term capital planning.
