Cuban-born Luis Pous has been at the helm of some of the world’s most sought-after dining destinations, including the nationally acclaimed The Dining Room at Little Palm Island. Chef Pous is now the founder of El Takoy, a Hawaiian-inspired street food concept he launched during the Covid-19 pandemic, with outlets including The Dominick Hotel in New York.
Prior to this, Chef Pous manned award-winning kitchens for nearly two decades, including the Mandarin Oriental, Miami; Turnberry Isle in Aventura, FL; and Hotel Plaza Athenee in New York City.
